Each partner is issued a unique promo code and link to our site. If one of your clients uses your promo code (or arrives at our site using your link), they will receive $10 off their invoice. Your name, picture, and branding pop up at check out reinforcing your "value add" to your client. We never charge a fee unless we reduce your client's property taxes.

Measure your campaign's success

Our partner dashboard provides you metrics on how many people have visited our site using your link (great for social media campaigns) and how many have made a purchase using your promo code.

  • That will take you to a partner registration page. Complete the registration.
  • Once you register, when you sign in at propertytax.io you will be taken to your partner page. There you can create your signature card in about a minute. Grab a picture of yourself (or logo) to upload, write a quick good luck type message to your clients and you're all set.
  • Your signature card will have a promo code for you go give to your clients. You will also find an email template tab on your partner page that you can edit directly if you like and then copy and paste into an email to send to your clients. The email template has a promo code link which your client can use to access PropertyTAX.io. With the link, they don't need the promo code.
  • When they use your link to get to the propertytax.io website or enter your partner code at checkout, your card pops up with your message, branding or picture with a $10 discount for our service.
  • You will see on your dashboard who has signed up with your promo code (another opportunity to reach out to them).

Any real estate professional or any professional from the financial services is eligible. Most of our partners are real estate agents, lenders, title companies, accountants, and related groups.

Our service is based on a contingency fee model. We charge a percentage of the tax savings on the amount of taxes we save our clients with a capped fee per tax year as shown below:

The last thing we want is for an upset taxpayer to call a partner and complain! As mentioned above, we do not charge for our service unless we save the client tax dollars, so we rarely have clients who are upset. But with thousands of users, misunderstandings occur from time to time and we try to make it right. If this happens, please let us know and we will make it right.
